We exchange our products only when there is damage or breakage during delivery or if the product falls under the guarantee agreement, If the product is opened and not liked by the customer, we will not exchange it or process a return or refund for the same. please let us know so we can take care of the damaged product within 2 working Days.

All banana paper lampshades and products are handmade, which may result in variations in color, size, and design. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations. The actual product may slightly vary from the product shown in the picture on our website.

Refund– If necessary the number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account is 5-7 working days, all our product pricing is in INR. if the product opening video is available at the time of delivery.

Return- Read all the information about the product properly then place your order as you like the product,

1. Exchange – Benign shops do not exchange our products. WE DO NOT HAVE A ‘CHANGE OF HEART.

2. Damage – A damaged product can be returned within 5 days of its delivery with a product opening video at the time of delivery. 

3. Custom Made Orders – Any Product that is custom made or is made to order – Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time. WE DO NOT HAVE A ‘CHANGE OF HEART.

4. COD Orders – If a customer refuses a COD order at the time of delivery, the next order has to be prepaid, or else will not be shipped from our end. 

5. Any discount by the benign shop is not subjected to exchange or refund.
